Search Syntax
I found the following statement in a resource:
Only five times did Paul mention the idea of Christ being in a person,9 but 164 times he used ἐν χριστῷ (“in Christ”) or some equivalent expression.10
9 Romans 8:10; 2 Corinthians 13:5; Galatians 2:20; 4:19; and Ephesians 3:17. Some would add Colossians 1:27, but ἐν in that verse probably should be translated “among,” that is, “among the Gentiles.”
10 Such as “in the Lord,” “in Him,” or “in whom.”

I am now looking for two searches that would allow me to search the entire NT to find
- the places where it is mentioned that Christ is or comes into a person
- the places where it is mentioned that we are in Christ.

Search an English bible for the word order:
Christ BEFORE 3 WORDS in BEFORE 2 WORDS me,you,your

You can search an English bible for:
in BEFORE 1 WORDS christ
but also search a Greek bible with glosses, like SBLGNT

I was looking for a search that goes beyond a English word search. For instance, the search you suggest does not find John 17:23. I was hoping for a search that uses the Logos tagging, probably starting with <Person Jesus>.....

Interesting - as that verse isn't tagged with <Person Jesus> but <Speaker Jesus>
Figurative language searching is probably your best option such as
{Section <FigurativeLanguageTerm = Container>} INTERSECTS {Section <FigurativeLanguageTerm = Jesus>}
(Terms are found by right-clicking on the statement in John 17:23 and expanding the menus on the left-hand side)
It might not be complete but could be a good starting point

Thanks for providing this hint. I haven't used FigurativeLanguageTerm before.
This is another instance where Google works so much better. Graham called
{Section <FigurativeLanguageTerm = Container>} INTERSECTS {Section <FigurativeLanguageTerm = Jesus>}
a good starting point. For me, this is just too complex.
In Google, I searched for
jesus in us OR we in jesus
and near-instantly got some great lists of Bible references:

Thanks for the Google example - and it made me realise that this type of search - within Logos - is best done thinking about some of the terms involved and then using some of its tools.
Such as the Sermon Starter Guide or Factbook
or the Theology Guide
