How do you get all the products you bought to download when they do not?
Come to find out that the NT Wright books you thought you bought...when you know you bought-well lets just say on the NT Wright page it shows I own 73. On my Laptop I have six and on my phone I have 51.
What else do I own that has not downloaded?
Did I pay 700 dollars to not have access?
How do I get the stuff I paid for downloaded?
Maybe we should go back to the CD's?

If you type update resources in the command box in Logos on your laptop it will check what resources are downloaded against resources you own and download any you are missing.
I am assuming you only see six in your library on the laptop - not that you can see all 73 but only six have downloaded. If that is the case, you can download them from the library window.
Similar question on the phone - can you see 73 but only 51 are downloaded? Or can you only see 51? If the latter, can you name some of the ones that are missing?

Update resources command should fix that, but make sure you have Download New Resources = Yes in Program Settings.

These are just a few which have not downloaded on the phone App.
I should mention one thing...this was a new download for laptop as Ivbought a new one and the old one is broke and right now do not have access to anything. After typing in Updating Resources, it did check and came back there was no updates. Still only shows 6 resources.
I am not sure what you mean about seeing v. downloading.is there someway that resources are downloaded but somehow not shown or visible?
As if they were downloaded but just not showing up in your Library for some reason?

When you install the desktop version of Logos you are given the choice to either download all resources to your computer or just a part of your library. However, even if you chose not to download your entire library to your computer you should still be able to see all of the resources that you own in the library panel.

By default the mobile app only downloads a few resources for offline use. It is possible to download your entire library to your phone but this is not recommended.

Sorry, not good on quoting what I am responding to.
As I said, there was no options given when installing...am thinking just delete and do a new fresh download?
When I bought my phone, I bought it with a large hard drive. I have downloaded anything that can be downloaded. There are nine resources that do not download-don't foresee having a big urgency to use them but anything else that can be downloaded has been. I show 24670 but when using the library portion for downloads, once you get to that point when you select what the description of what you want to download...starting with undownloaded....after that only nine resources show up.
What becomes what is downloadable was already on the app, just had to download each app...selecting about 50 and then let the download process work itself out. so if I downloaded all of N.T.Wright's books, they were all the ones available for download. So those 51 are what were made available.

FL used to warn against this, and I still do. There are too many reasons not to download everything. The app is easily corrupted, especially with many downloaded resources.

Here is the syntax:
It is fairly easy to do without having to manually do so.
- Click "reply" on the post you are responding to.
- Select the text in question.
- Click the "quote" button.
If you don't select any text before hitting the "reply" button, it will copy everything.

Thanks. Has been downloaded for about six months totally...as well as started well over a year ago. Did not hear that. Have not had problems with Kindle...when I lost my last phone with about 10 k resources downloaded...when I got my new phone-those 10 k added without me by Verizon or Apple...not sure. Thanks for the warning.

Found 63 resources on computer download...squeaky when. Though I have more-I know some might be from a book from another author (Piper) or any number of theological journals. So am satisfied...but what else is missing I do not know about? Will be looking at collections first-easier to figure out and quicker.
