Jan. I'm coming across a lot of books in the Crossway sale that are available to buy, but I already own them - having bought originally in the eBooks store. I think this is because despite being the sale book the eBooks store has used the ebook ISBN and the Logos store the printed ISBN. Previously Faithlife have admitted this is an oversight, but it would be easy to mistakenly buy a book for a second time.

We've taken down the Faithlife Ebooks resource and are working to fix the issue with people having two version of the JI Packer book.

Yep! We're also working to identify people who owned the Faithlife Ebook and also purchased the Logos edition to take care of them as well.
