BUG? Icon for notes within resource not visible

If I click on the three stripe menu in a resource (top left above the locator bar) it opens the table of contents. (I'm using the German version of Logos, therefore it says "Inhaltsverzeichnis" instead.) But it doesn't show the icons for the table of contents and the notes. That way I am not able to access the notes within a given ressource.

In my web version of logos it works fine, however:

Hi Hans,

The license for this particular feature is not in the package you've purchased and as a result is not in your account. That is why you're not seeing it in resources. I'm sorry for the confusion.

You are right: The "Resource Sidebar Notes Filter" is contained in the English version of Logos Bronze, but not in German Logos Bronze (which I own).

I expected the features to be the same within the different "types" of logos - independent of its language. That is obviously not the case. :-(
