Somehow I managed to highlight all occurrences of words that translate Greek words whose root is ἅγιος. I cannot remove the highlight. How does Logos allow that to happen and how do I fix it?
You may of added a visual filter. If you look in Docs from the top bar, then under the Yours section, from the left bar under Type choose Visual Filters, and you will see any visual filters on the right.
Don't have any visual filters. This is what I have:
Do you happen to have a search open in another pane or tab? It might also be temporarily highlighted search results.

If not a Visual Filter, it could be a Search result. Just close the Search tab. Otherwise, how do you know the details of the search? What sort of highlight (a screen shot would help with this).
