Crash: L8 Crash on Word Study
I can't work because L8.14.0.0010 Crash on Win10.0.18363 Pro
I do not know how to replicate the crash because each time it happened it was under different conditions. The only thing in common was that I was working on original languages when it happened.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm seeing the same behavior. A work around is to take your computer off the internet (airplane mode). Then the program starts. I then connected to the internet and even synced my library, all fine. I suspect it has something to do with the update process that kicks off automatically on program start. This is very new behavior, probably just today June 15, 2020.

What do you mean by "working on original languages"? Is it connected with LLS:1.0.630 (paste into GO Box to see resource name)? Does it happen with ESV?

This is the "Afrikaanse Nuwe Vertaling" - if this triggers the crash, maybe it helps to hide this book, restart Logos and unhide it, then reindex it.

This seem to be the issue. Due to loadshedding my Laptop was in FlightMode the last two times Logos crashed. This morning everything seem to be working well. Thanks, I'll keep this workaround in mind.
Dave, the crash reveal itself when I tried to do a Word Study from the Context Menu in ESV. Both Greek and Hebrew Word Studies. Even hovering over the Interlinear data in the ESV. But, it did not always crash at the same time or action. Sometimes it happened after opening a Resource like LouwNida or CHAL. It's as if a process is triggered and then fail at some point in time.
Thanks for the help, hope this get's resolved

Dave and PJ,
I've been unable to reproduce this crash. Do you remember what reference in the ESV and what word you were running it on?

From the log, the word is <lemma = lbs/he/צֹאן>. And it crashes from Dt 8:13

Apologies for not replying, the internet was down for quite a time.
It seems to be fixed, I did not come across the same behavior the past week.
Thanks
