CRASH: Latest Mac OS and Logos version
Not sure why Logos keeps crashing after startup. Latest versions as of today for both MacOS and Logos (Logos v8.14.0.10; MacOS 10.15.5) Anyone else having trouble? Anyone else figure this out?

Hi Troy - and welcome to the forums
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Crashes are sometimes due to problems in the software, sometimes due to issues on individual computers (databases have become corrupt etc). And they may only show up under specific situations.
I'm using the same software versions you are using and don't see problems.
Are there specific things you are doing when Logos crashes or does it occur at random times?
Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs after a crash using the paperclip icon - details at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132-How-to-Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files

Graham,
Thanks for the quick reply. The crash happens 100% of the time immediately after opening. Curious if the attached log helps and glad it's not a universal issue.5126.LogosLogs.tmorken.20200623-194851.zip

Hi Tony
There are a number of warnings and errors in the log but the crash seems to occur when trying to open the Atlas.
Is looks as though you have Logos set to open a Layout when it starts - I wonder if that layout has become corrupt in some way.
Try opening to a blank layout - hold the Cmd key down as Logos starts and sign in from the prompt.
Does that get you to a point where Logos can start without crashing?

Graham,
Thank you for the help! It opened with a blank layout just fine. I did hesitate when opening the problematic layout after the blank layout, but it worked. Thank you again!
