Visual Filters - Word Bubbles

Are user-created word bubbles possible to create for a Visual Filter? I came across the following screenshot, but I do not know if this was user-created or built into Logos (notice the Hebrew word bubble above the English word "day"):

Yes - you can create custom highlight styles and then use those in Visual Filters
