Turn Off Highlighting Across Translations
Is there a way to make highlighting specific to a translation and not have it appear in other translations?
Use case: I am reading through the Bible in the NKJV translation. Last year, I read the NLT. All my highlights from the NLT are showing up in the NKJV, expect that they have some gaps because the wording is different.
I would like to be able to read the NKJV without any highlights from the NLT, so I can read it “fresh.” I was hoping this was just a preference setting, but I can’t seem to find it.
Thanks.

Is it possible to have only the notes transfer over, but not the highlights?

Hi Ben - and welcome to the forums
Is it possible to have only the notes transfer over, but not the highlights?
Not using the mechanism discussed above - both are made visible when this option is selected.
However, if you were to make notes "by reference" - by attaching them to a reference as opposed to a portion of text, they would appear in all versified resources automatically.
Would that give you what you are looking for?
And if you don't know how to do this please advise
