Can you explain how I can import someone else's workflow? I am wanting to import this one from Pro Preacher https://fl.vu/Xg2s3

Go to the Guides menu in Logos, click shared Workflows at the bottom, and it will open a Documents tab. Expand Author and you will find Brandon Hilgemann and his shared templates. Right click a template to Add to your docs. A more general way to get shared documents is via the Docs menu when you click on Public.
