Books are not downloading

Books I've purchased (some free books as well) are not downloading into Logos on my computer. Keep getting message that this resource is not currently available on this device.... This is for purchases over a month old as well.

Which specific version of the app?
Which specific version of which specific OS?
Can you provide screenshots? Specific resources not appearing?

DOWNLOAD BUTTONS DO NOT WORK

NOT SURE ABOUT LOGS AND SIGNATURE. I CAN SEE THE BOOKS IN WEB APP, BUT I WANT THEM ON MY COMPUTER.

You are significantly out of date on your engine, so start there. If it comes to needing logs, follow the link in my signature line.

If you chose a smaller/minimal number of resources during installation of Logos 8.4+, the Devices facet will tell you how many resources are “Not on This Device” and how many are on “This Device”.
If you have resources listed as “Not on This Device”, they can be downloaded as follows:
- click Not on This Device
- select the required resources e.g. via Shift+click
- Right-click and select Download
