Logos 8 on both Macbook and Windows PC issue

1. It takes FOREVER for logos to load up on either platform though I will say it loads faster on Mac. It is annoying. What can I do to fix this?

2. I purchased the following today and it refuses to download to my desktop. What's up??

More details, including specs and logs, will be needed. Do you have SSD drives?

For the second issue: do you have automatic downloads? Does it show in library as in the cloud?

As stated above, we will need some logs from each platform.

On Windows, you can improve the load time with the command Set Use Ngen to Yes. You should notice a difference after a restart.

Update: It finally downloaded on Wi does it on Mac it says it is not available for the device(my MacBook Pro) and have to view it on web app. Why won’t it download on Mac?

It could be an old version of Logos 8. Update to the latest version or contact Customer Service for this.

As Dave suggested, your engine could be out of date. Another possibility is that you have "skinny mode" (my phrase) set up so that not all resource download to your device.

Problem resolved. There was a setting which I never made that only did downloads between midnight and 4 am. Had to leave Logos running all night and it has now downloaded.

You can change the download time rather than leave Logos running.
