PROBLEMS with $5 Off Pre-Order Deals

So Logos is giving customers $5 off future purchases for books soon to be released pre-order books.

However, after you click on a book to pre-order, what you find at the last order confirmation page is an entirely different book!

For example, if you click to pre-order, "New Testament Apocrypha: More Noncanonical," the order confirmation instead is "NIV Bible Speaks Today Study Bible Notes."

Several books are messed up. Please fix!

I canceled my old preorders and then preordered again, except for the one that I had a CP bid of $11.

I ordered yesterday, and it seemed to work OK. My list is correct. I didn't watch it on the fly, just after I finished. I ordered both of the 2 you mentioned.

I always felt guilty highlighting prepubs nearing shipping, to fellow Logosians. It seemed foreign to the spirit of the program. Of course, I simply shrugged, and highlighted anyway.

But now, I can feel non-guilty ... last minute prepubbing is being promoted by Mother Logos herself!

I appreciate the offer to cancel and reorder these pre-pubs, but after a long day away from the computer, there was no time to cancel and re-pre-order. Due to confusion with the wording and the different information being given, I didn't "cancel and re-preorder" thinking that you would honor all pre-pub purchases. I was in the same boat as you. I had the Study Notes preordered a long time ago. Then I saw this forum and the way things were worded it seemed I needed to cancel and reorder. Then they said no but then they came back and said yes. I was just lucky to be on the forums that day I guess.

It says nowhere that you have to cancel and preorder. You should be fine as long as you preorder before it released.

I preordered 3 prepubs but so far I’ve only received 1 coupon. I’m still missing two coupons — one for preordering Handbook on Hebrews through Revelation and another for preordering Handbook for OT and NT Exegesis.
The only one I’ve received is for preordering the Ascension of Christ.

When I received the announcement about the $5 coupon, I placed 2 more pre-orders but thought that it was silly to cancel and re-place three previous pre-pub orders. So I did not do anything about the 3 other qualifying pre-pub orders. So far, I only received 2 coupons. I contacted Customer Service and hope that I don't get penalized for not canceling and re-ordering the 3 pre-pubs.
