I keep seeing ads in the forums for English bibles priced at $9.99. However, The Bible for Everyone is still priced at $23.99, which is quite steep for a bible.
Can Faithlife please price this bible at $9.99 like the rest of the English bibles?

Each author wrote their own translation so it’s unlikely that it’ll be offered for $9.99 like other translations.
IMHO it’s a highly reputable translation that anyone must have. If you think you don’t need it it’s because you haven’t read it. You should, you might just learn something new. 👍😁👌

Ps. The O.P.’s request has been made before, there’s another thread, but same answers are given. Try using a birthday coupon so you can get it for $3.99 😉
I chuckle when I see the assumptions of what makes a good translator. In the later 1960's a new translation of the Chinese I Ching was released to much acclaim. However, the translator knew no Chinese. He simply read multiple translations in European languages, looked at what appeared to be the common elements the translations pointed to and used that to build his translation.
As this is not a committee curated Bible, the only way I would even consider buying this Bible is if it were offered at the $9.99 price point. For me this Bible has no appeal.
Well, Beloved, how would you ever notice that 'Satan didn't say Yahweh God but Adam and Eve did' (big-A comment). Apparently (maybe Kiyah or Dal know), it's a literal. I agree, the price-point is higher than an exploratory reading merits. And one big reason, I avoid commentary translations (smiling).

This thread doesn't say anything about pricing, FYI. I am not opposed to either Goldingay or Wright's work so I don't have a problem with the old and new testament being sold together, I just have a problem with the price.
