I am interested in this book but I see there is a first and second edition. Can anyone tell me what the main differences are? I know the second is longer......Is it worth the extra $?

Is it worth the extra $?
If I thought I might be citing it, I would definitely go for the second edition, which was published 32 years more recently.
Amazon tells me: "The second edition includes new material and has been updated and revised throughout."
Excellent point.....
