As shown below the word translated custom in Luke 4:16 is a verb, but the BSL has it tagged as a noun. Is this an error in sense tagging?

My understanding is that BSL indicates this instance is "used as" a noun (function, not form). As this instance is a participle with an article, annotating it as "used as" a noun (i.e., a verb used substantively) seems appropriate.
