For several weeks, I have been trying to get hold of Morris Proctor's support. But none of the e-mails are being answered. There is nothing in my spam folder. Has anybody received an answer from them?

I sent them an email question and got an immediate response that they would respond. I got a extensive answer to my request in 36 hours. If you didn't get the acknowledgement right away, they never received it. Did you submit here? https://mpseminars.com/support/
No, I unfortunately haven't heard back. I have found Morris Proctor's support to be very hit&miss. Sometimes I receive a reply within a few hours. Sometimes never. Others on the Forum had similar experiences.
I will try the online support website.
I received an answer by calling. Emails I don’t bother with them.
