Parallel Resources Button - A step backwards

In prior releases, when you clicked on the parallel resources button, the system displayed the spinning pizza while it built the list. Now it comes up and just says "No Parallel resources" with no indication that anything is happening.

While it would be nice if the list was cached and did not take so long to generate, having no indication that anything is happening is not a step forward in my opinion. WIth the logos locking up for a number of seconds with so many activities it would be comforting to know that it hadn't locked up here.

Please bring back the spinning pizza here.
