Please help
I have recently deleted all my prioritized resources. I am now trying to prioritizing them according to the collection they belong to. dictionaries, commentaries Bibles and so on.. ,but the problem is now all these are deleted and all of my prioritization are mixed. I am not able to organize them in the order which I had before . Is there a way to bring back the names of the collections?

Tes, I'm not sure what you deleted or lost. Try to describe exactly what happened and include a screen shot of what you are trying to fix.

I was a able to sort them according to the titles ,but now these are all gone. As it is seen on the screenshot now they are simply listed. I am not able to sort them in order of their types.
As you it is shown below. Before they were orderly listed according to their types.
LIke these.
1.Bible
2. Commentary
3.Dictionaries

As you can see on the right side. when I type on the free space
Sorry Tes but I can't see where you are typing.
What are you trying to type, what are you trying to do?

I think you can see ....Dictionnaires... .....commentaries .... on the Priorizataion list. I have taken a screenshot from my labtop. These are what I am missing now. By clicking right mouse I am able to see a blank where I can type like the above , but there is no response. I can type ,but nothing comes out of it.

I don't know if I understand your issue clearly or not. However, for clarification: There is absolutely no organization set within "prioritization." If you want commentaries together, you must drag them together. If you had something that said "Bibles," "Dictionaries," etc, then you were doing something outside of what Faithlife provides. I know that some users have created "personal books" to mimic the ability to organize prioritization... but (unfortunately) that isn't a feature FL has created for us (yet).

Also, for clarification: The screenshot that shows you typing something in the prioritization area is for ADVANCED prioritization. It isn't for organization purposes.
