Is it possible to set up a Collection that includes all Clippings documents?

No - Collections are for Logos resources.

What are you trying to achieve?

I would like to search a particular clipping document. I found out from an earlier post that the "Ctrl +F" find feature with the Clippings panel is not the best way to search since it evidently doesn't indicate where the result is within the clipping.  When I use the regular search (the magnifying glass) I can't seem to select just a single clipping to search.  It looks like I can do a search on "My Documents" resources but I think it could include more than just clippings. I thought if I created a "collection" with all my clipping documents then I could just search that collection. I thought that might get me as close as I can get to just searching a single clipping document.

Understood - yes, the nearest we can get is a search on My Documents which does allow you to see search results in Clippings

A "collection" of clippings won't give you a result that is better than the current search of Your Documents; which will locate the actual clipping within a Clippings doc. A search option of Clippings (in addition to Your Documents) would achieve what you want, but it is likely that Faithlife will move Clippings into Notes at some time!

I take it then that I cannot include a notebook in a collection?

Why would I? There are resources that Logos doesn't have that I would nevertheless like to encounter.

(Eg, Smith's "Theory of Moral Sentiment".)

Of course, I could suggest it and others (as I have), but that takes years to implement even if the 'ask' is attended.

How would you envisage including this resource in a notebook?

If you have it electronically you should be able to create a Personal Book which could be added to a collection.

Graham, thank you; That is good to know.

I had actually looked at that briefly, but in that short window it frankly looked as if it was not suited to an essentially mere text 'import'; as if it was a bit of an effort.

I take it that once 'booked', including the book is a matter of click-drag?

    (To answer your first question -- ham-fisted copy/paste [:P])

You can create a Personal Book as a text import process. It would then be readable and searchable in your library.

If you want more functionality - such as links to referred resources - that does require more work.

Once the Personal Book is created, it can be included in Collections in the same was as other resources in your Logos library.

Thank you Graham, I've begun 'publishing' my BGHPB series of Personal Books.

During the build process, the log sometimes says that the "Article too long, forcing article break". As far as I can tell however, the books as they are opened and shown in Logos appear to be complete.
(About 64k sized with 90k characters seems to be acceptable, with no 'too long' messages -- but 214K and 243k characters works cleanly as well?)

Is the process 'merely' dropping control characters and the like? And 'advanced' display commands?
(Eg, one compilation talks about a VML image's being dropped, yet the file has no 'image', though it is my only PB to have Word sections.)
