I've noticed over the past couple of weeks that my synchronize icon now sometimes has a red exclamation mark in it, indicated a sync failure. Is there something I can do on my end, or is Logos having an issue with their servers?
Typically this is caused by a client-side Internet connectivity error. Not always, but often.
I'm sorry, I have no idea what that means.

No worries. It means that if you're having occasional sync issues, they're usually the fault of your own Internet connection. But not always.
