Importing Note Files to Logos 4

Hi All

I seem to have a problem arising from trying to import my note files. Things have been going OK with a number of note files being imported but I have come to a point where Logos 4 seems to have stopped importing. The file it has stopped on appears to have been imported but the process is not moving to the next file as expected. Can anyone shed light on this particular problem please? Thank you so much.

We'd need logs or knowledge of the file that it hangs on to help. See the wiki for instructions on how to get and upload logs. You can restart the process and it should not try to re-import any files currently loaded into L4

Nice to be hear from you again. Not producing any files this weather? Really miss them.

I have looked in Wiki but can't find any instructions with regard to the logs.

Can you point me in the right direction please? Thank you so much.
