Slides in Sermon Editor
When I create a slide in sermon editor, the slide just shows the verse number, but does not show the book (Scripture reference) for example if I choose John 3:16, the slide will show verse 16 and its text. but nowhere on the slide does it display John 3:16. Does anyone know how to fix this? so the slide will display the scripture reference on the slide John 3:16 along with the scripture text?

This is strange
I've just entered John 3:16 into a sermon
and it shows the book as well as the chapter / verse
Some questions:
- Which version of Logos 8 are you running?
- Are you running on Windows or Mac?
- Which Bible translation are you using?

Hi Graham,
I'm using Logos 8. I'm on Windows, and NKJV. I was part of the WordSearchBible acquisition, so I'm new to the Logos.
Below is a screen shot of what mine looks like.

Was this a slide you picked?
It looks like an author slide. and an author slide will not show Bible reference. You have to have a Bible reference slide for the reference to who up.

That is interesting - the sermon editor requires the full feature upgrade as per https://www.logos.com/compare/featuresets - but I don't know the specifics regarding what features were enabled for you in the transition.
It looks as though you have been using the option to edit the slide details - when I do that and choose what I think is the same option, Fall Leaves, I get something subtly different
I get leaves at the top as well but also a chapter reference and translation name
Assuming you are using this editing option, please post a screenshot showing what you have in the Media Tool (as per screenshot below)

Graham,
If you search in the slides for fall leaves, you get both quote and reference slides. One will show the Bible reference and the other will not.
