Loading WordSearch Books onto Logos

I have 501 books in my library at WordSearch, and when I transitioned over to Logos I got 43 books in my library - only 1 of which I regularly used (besides the Bible). But I haven't gotten anymore since then. Is there something I need to do to update my library to get the books available?

We received your Wordsearch licenses today and will try to get them loaded into our system as soon as possible.

Hi Bradley, I own the Analytical Bible Expositor in Wordsearch, the complete series, but now in Logos I am missing some books (Galatians to Philemon, and 1 & 2 Peter).  How can I unlock them? Thank you.

    Galatians to Philemon

Galatians-Colossians, and 1 Thessalonians-Philemon were sold as two separate ebooks in Wordsearch, but are combined into one resource in Logos. We're still processing these matches that aren't 1-1.

    1 & 2 Peter

Can you provide the Book ID details for this from the Wordsearch Library? (Right-click, Properties)

Edit: if it's 0:3958 we will get this fixed soon.

Hello Bradley, I was a long-time owner of WS with lots of resources. I did receive 33 resources a day or so ago. Did you receive the rest my licenses also?

If they are not transferred over within a day or two, then give Logos a call, email or chat via the homepage on their website.

I just got off the phone with customer service, who checked that my Wordsearch resources had been added to my Logos account having the same email.  He could not provide a reason why none were downloading after we checked some settings on Logos.  He said to get back to him at the end of the week if nothing downloaded.  My Wordsearch library report is 743 unlocked books in 1195 volumes.  It does not seem possible that none of them have been converted, as customer service suggested.  I hope the holdup will resolve this week, I realize this is a massive job for Logos.

Kristene, try typing "Update Resources" into the Go bar (without the quotes) and hit enter. This should trigger a complete check of what is in your library versus what you have licenses for on the Logos server, and then start downloading any that are missing. (Like you I am skeptical that all of your resources are not in Logos format.)

The customer service rep did have me Update Resources in the Go bar, which came back Checking for updates, followed by No updates available.  Same with Update Now.  I have restarted the computer and closed and opened Logos as well.

Kristine, I'm sorry for your frustration! It sounds like you are doing all the things experienced "Logosians" would do. I can only speculate that there is something on the server side that is holding up your installation.

I visited https://www.logos.com/wordsearch-library-migration for my personalized migration from Wordsearch into Logos, and got this message:

    Your Wordsearch Library in Logos
You have no resources imported from Wordsearch.

The customer service rep said my Wordsearch resources were in my Logos account.  I cannot download them.  I don't know if the above report helps resolve the issue.

It does seem from all the evidence that Faithlife has NOT added your WS licenses to your Logos account. I hope one of the Faithlife folks like Phil or Bradley can check for you or give you some other suggestions.

I appreciate that the customer service rep just emailed me with this link, and I let him know my result, No Resources Imported from Wordsearch.  He expected I would see a chart.  I appreciate him not waiting until the end of the week for further troubleshooting.

One thing you can TRY on your end is to enter "Update Now" in the "GO Box" to trigger a sync with the Faithlife servers. Of course the download of 1195 volumes will take some time, then Logos will run and indexer before they all appear in your library tab.

I see about 2,000 WS unlocks on your account; did they download yet?

    What does https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/library-migration display?

Until now 1,159 WS have been downloaded.

Thank you, Bradley. You are doing an excellent work. God bless you.

I have this same  issue except that  I have nearly 2,000  books in my WSB library.   Not even  any of  my bibles are  appearing in Logos.  I am very frustrated.  This is not good since my sermon  yesterday was about grumblers.....I feel like grumbling.[:$]

It is taking a while for Logos to transfer all of the licenses from one platform to the other.
