Share Highlights across all Bibles

Yes, for each Bible you want to see the highlights in, click on the Visual Filters icon on the resource's tool bar, scroll to "Notes and Highlights (Corresponding)" and be sure the file where your highlights are stored is checked.

The "sharing" works only if a bible has "Notes and Highlights (Corresponding)" in Visual filters i.e between original language bibles and bibles with a reverse interlinear.

How do I do this? and thanks for your help.
I have the Notes & Highlights checked and Highlights. They are in a new Notebook called Highlights. My 2 Bibles (NIV & NKJV) don't seem to share the highlights

Did you find the section that says Notes and Highlights (Corresponding)?
As Dave helpfully pointed out corresponding highlights depends on having Bible with a Reverse Interlinear behind it. Its possible you do not have a RI for the NIV or the NJKV. I am pretty sure all WS users got the KJV Cambridge Paragraph Bible with RI and the Lexham English Bible with RI. If you don't see the section with the word 'corresponding' that is the issue.
To get the NIV and NKJV RIs you'd have to buy the Starter Feature set or get a base package at the Bronze level.

The Basic version that all wordsearch users got doesn't have that shared highlight feature. I didn't have it until I upgraded to "Starter".

Too bad, but helpful to know.

Ok, then so I understand how this works, the different "packages" are not only the associated books but also, the "shell" ... i.e. Logos is also different?
How do I know what "capabilities" are associated with each packages aside from books?

That's good. Try opening up the KJV Cambridge Paragraph Bible and the Lexham English Version. Highlight something in the KJV, then look for the 'corresponding' notes and highlights item on the visual filters menu to see if it is there. If so, check it, and do the same in the Lexham English Bible. Then see if the highlight shows up in the Lexham English Bible,
BTW: You can consult this list of features, datasets, etc. to see which ones you own: https://www.logos.com/product/165935/logos-8-full-feature-upgrade?httproute=True
