QuickVerse transfer to Logos
I have used Quickverse for several years. I received emails telling me a Faithlife account had been set up for me (with the same email address as my Quickverse account). Having logged in, I downloaded and installed Logos 8 and then signed in to download my library. However most of the bibles in my Quickverse resources were not there. What is the reason for this? I got the impression from the emails that anything I had in Quickverse would be transferred to Logos - is that not the case?

Welcome, Stephen!
Does https://www.logos.com/wordsearch-library-migration answer your question, by any chance?

We received your QuickVerse licenses in a separate batch today; we will be loading them into our licensing system as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks for the link - that may be useful in the future. However see the Faithlife response to my post - QuickVerse licenses are just being processed so that's the main reason I don't have my books. Hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Might be worth checking - I believe most of my quick verse licenses have come over, the only one I don't see in my list is "the message" (which I don't particularly care for any way).Stephen Case said:Thanks for the link - that may be useful in the future. Most of my books were bought as part of the Quickverse software package, and the vast majority of these don't show in my Logos Library.
In my QuickVerse library list there are 145 books that appear in the table, and all of them have a "W" logo in the ownership column, and ticks in the "Installed" and "Available" columns
A few books I obtained from the Wordsearch website do appear to be in my Logos Library, so perhaps that makes a difference.
I will wait a little longer to see if anything changes.

Update: Logos finally downloaded my Quickverse library today. So as fat as I can tell I have all my books and I can start to learn my way around Logos

I have lots of titles in QuickVerse I haven't used in years. Many I had forgotten I ever owned. It is awesome to not only see them again, but to see them in Logos. I have no idea how you guys have done this so quickly.

I had Quickverse Platinum 2011 and not all of it transferred to WordSearch. Can I get all of that transferred over?

If it wasn't transferred to Wordsearch, then we probably don't have the licenses to it (as part of the Faithlife acquisition of Wordsearch), sorry.
Edit: You can check your library migration page at https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/library-migration to see if the titles happen to be listed.

Is there a list somewhere of what QuickVerse titles I had versus Wordsearch titles? I know I had version 5 and I thought I had a later version as well. I did find an annotation that my Customer # was 996040. I ask because the only things that have transferred so far seem to be Wordsearch resources.

WordSearch had the list that was ported over and which ones were missing.

I think if you call to Michael Lechtenberger Perhaps he can tell you. He is emigrated to Faithlife , but I think he is now in word search still to accommodate the merge to Logos software. He worked as a Tech support in quickverse.

Hello!
I was a Quickverse user, on another computer, long ago.
I still have Quickverse DVDs that I bought ,at the time.
How can my licenses be transfered to my Logos account?Thank you!
