Installing and Using Verbum Cloud: Premium
Hello
I've subscribed to logos cloud but I cannot install cloud software on my laptop and I don't know how to use the software. Can anyone offer me some advice?

Have you subscribed to Logos Cloud or to Verbum Cloud?
What problems are you having in installing the software?

I've subscribed to verbum cloud. I download the exe file from https://verbumcloud.com/install
and try to install the software but nothing seems to happen on my pc. Any help would be appreciated.

Were there any error messages during the installation or did it seem to go through properly?
What steps appeared, what were you asked to do during the process?

I open the setup file and the process begins for a few seconds, the I get a box open which say - Do you want to let this app makes changes to your device? I press yes and the process seems to stop.
I've also opened verbum through the search box at the bottom left corner of windows 8 - I ren the verbum app and a verbum setup box appears and says - unable to download required file.

I just received this message from logos tech support, which probably resolves the problem.
The cloud subscription automatically downloads the resources into your Logos program. There isn’t a special tab or button that’s just for it, it gets incorporated throughout the program.

Try opening the app you are using (I'm not sure if you are running the Logos app or the Verbum one) and see if the resources from Verbum Cloud Premium are available in your Library.

I'm pretty sure its working as the number of books has increased on my logos by about 1500.
