Can't find "Start Download" button
I installed Logos 8, Sign in my Faithlife account, at the Logos 8 Setup "Download your Logos 8 Library" page, chose download "Minimal"，but i can't find the "Start Download" button. Why? How to solve this problem? Thanks.

Are you on that screen now? Have you tried restarting the app? Computer? Can you post a screenshot?

I uninstall and install again Logos several times. I also run the Microsoft "Fix it" Tool to fix the problem. However, the problem remain unsolved.
Can you help me please?

I am not a Windows person and it is long time since I reinstalled Logos.
I would have thought that the download should have started automatically once your selection was made.
The only thing on your screen that looks like it may be a trigger is the download icon to the left of the white rectangle.

When I press the download icon to the left of the white rectangle, I just get a pull down menu to choose "Minimal, Quick Install, Everything" to install. Then I press. I still can't get the "Start Download" button.

After you choose minimum clik outside the gray area.

Take a look at your Download folder, it might have been downloaded already. God bless you!

What I see in your screenshots is that you may have an unusual resolution. For example, the bar at the bottom appears to be on top of part of the Logos interface. Have you tried minimizing or maximizing the screen? Have you tried adjusting the resolution?

Thank you Lynden, Richard and JT. I made it. When I minimize the font size from 175% to 125%, the “Start Download” button appears. HaHa.
