Nijay Gupta's NT Commentary Guide - Why no links?

I was surprised to find that Nijay Gupta's latest book (from Lexham Press, no less) contains absolutely no linking to the relevant Logos resources. This seems like a no brainer given the nature of this resource. At the very least, I would expect the relevant top picks in Appendix 1 to be linked.
