Question

Hi all:

I have a question. But first i am a wordsearch user who is a Logos user now. I am trying to learn this software which seems to me to be feature rich. My question is this: under passage guide there is a guide labeled "important words" It is also listed under "Bible reference guides" But it doesn't work. I notice this about a lot of the Bible reference guides. Also I purchased the Fundamental set when I first got started with Logos a few weeks ago. So why are they included if they don't work? Someone please Help this preacher to understand. Thank you for any help you can give to help me understand.

Since it reads all Logos commentaries for the words, it should show them. There are no settings I can see. Can you post a screenshot? You may need to call Customer Service for this one. Below is a screenshot of what it should look like. This is what I got when I ran it for 2 Sam. 6:9.

As per https://www.logos.com/compare/featuresets, the Important Words dataset requires the Bronze Feature Upgrade or higher.

Unfortunately, it is not included in the Fundamentals package.

So why are they included if they don't work?

The standard configuration of the Guides are not dependent on what feature sets we own - but I'm afraid that means some sometimes some sections come back empty.

As a new logos user from wordsearch I have the base software with Fundamentals and of course a lot of my books and sets. The important words is grayed out on mine.
