Notes not mine
It seems my notes from WS has been transformed into Logos.... but I now have other peoples notes in my Logos notes that are not mine. They are locked and because of that I cannot delete them. Is there any way to get rid of other peoples notes within my notes? The other people may have good notes, but I would rather have only notes I have authored in my notes. Thanks for the help.

I'd need a screen shot attached through the paper clip icon to have the information necessary to help.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

6355.Notes Illustration for Logos.docx
Hope this works. I'm not good at taking annotated pictures. Notice the blue arrows in the file that point to locked notes. They are not mine.
Thanks for your help

It looks as though, somehow, you have downloaded a shared notebook provided by someone else (a facility in the software to allow people to share notebooks).
If you click on one of the notes, it should open the associated notebook in the Notes Tool. Make a note of the name and then open your Docs menu. You should find that Notebook in there.
Right-click the Notebook name and select the Delete option.
This will remove the Notebook from your system and the notes will disappear. This will not affect anyone else
Hope this helps, Graham
PS: In the future, it is best to take screenshots as pictures (as opposed to Word documents). It makes it much easier to see them inline

Thanks Graham. I will have to learn how to take a snippet as a picture.... but I will.
Appreciate the help on my note problem. mmmm what time do you guys sleep?

This just showed up when I got up. been sleeping for 8 hours. Help me get rid of whatever association this might be.
2 days ago, I don't know what I did, but I spent 2 hours trying to get rid of something similar with a highlight with over 33,000 highlights associated with the NKJV, they were "locked" this one is not.
I tried finding the association but can not.

This is strange
It doesn't show as being in a notebook so not something that has been shared with you.
So it looks as though it is a note you created / modified about 2 hours ago - but I recognise this is not the case as you were asleep.
Is there anyone with access to your Logos account who could have made the highlight?

Only one that might, would be my wife. Currently she is sleeping. but a few hours ago who knows. this isn't anything I would think she would read anyway, but I will ask when I see her back with the living.

Well this is embarrassing. It was my wife. Trying to find what I would call a boarding novel to fall back asleep to. Never expected that, and the highlight was somewhat odd I think.
Still wondering about the 33,000 in the KJV a few days ago, but I didn't take screen shots about that. I am not worrying about that, but I am somewhat wondering why this happened.
Thanks for your thought about this. I don't have sleep issues like her.

I'm glad that's resolved

This sounds like you had downloaded a notebook that someone had shared - but we would need more details to be more specific.
If it happens again, please start a new thread in this forum providing as many details as possible including screenshots.
