Help on Bible Concordance
I am trying to use Concordance tool but I can't figure out why it behaves in certain ways. I use ESV, Lemma, in All Passages :
1. If I select Part of Speech "Noun" and the Language "Hebrew", I can see all nouns in Hebrew. If I change the order and select first "Hebrew", the Part of Speech is grayed out, and I can't pick "noun" anymore? Why?
2. CTRL/CMD F for search, cannot look up English words, except lemma's. How do I find English words using lemma through the search in concordance?

I don't see this behaviour (with Logos 8.16 on Mac). Either order ends up with the same set of results.
What version of Logos do you have and on which platform?

I don't believe this is possible in the Concordance.
I would use a Bible Search finding where the lemma INTERSECTS the English term

If this is so, then unfortunately this feature is not that useful. I want to find the word X which is mentioned more that 1000 times comparing to word Y and see how much it was mentioned.

I could reproduce what you are describing on my Windows platform - so it looks like a Windows-specific issue.

This is a bug and I've filed a bug report.

Knowing original language has Reverse Interlinear alignment quirks in ESV, tried replicating Concordance issue using Lexham Hebrew Bible (LHB)
Selecting Hebrew first works as expected: can choose part of speech. Also noted LHB has variations (Kethiv/Qere) added by scribes.

Replicated Concordance find being useless using Logos 8.17 (8.17.0.0011) on Windows 10 Pro 2004.
An alternative is searching LHB for English with ESV in Verses view showing Reverse Interlinear lemma highlighting of corresponding lemma
