I am in the process of putting a life's work of study into Logos.  I had files in Excel with Bible references and citations to books in my physical library.  I pasted them into WORD.  Now some of the files show up fine in a passage guide search and some don't.  

What could be the problem?

    I am no personal book expert but may I suggest you post a small section of your life's work (perhaps a long weekend) in Word format in a post here so that the real experts can analyse it for you. Use the paper clip to attach it.

    I checked it again, and it seems to be working.  Maybe it takes a while for the library to index it all right.

    I don't know.  It was very frustrating yesterday.
