I didn't have time to really diagnose the issue, but when I tried to print my Sermon Document in "Duplex" mode, it only printed the first page on a single side of a single piece of paper. The same thing happened for several attempts over the course of several days. Eventually I just had to export to PDF and print the PDF. It would be much more convenient to just be able to print within Logos!
