1.3.0 TOC bug
I'm loving the new version! Thanks for all the hard work. I've noticed that while the Table of Contents still works for Bibles (or at least the ESV), it no longer works for other books (i.e. Grudem's Systematic Theology, ISBE). The slider bar also doesn't work. Sliding or choosing from the TOC takes me back to the title page.

Likewise, especially having the rotation lock.
It seems that the Contents and scroll bar work when in online mode, but not when offline.
I lost my place in a few books and had to do quite a bit of scrolling to find it. Now I am VERY careful to not bump those.
I am assuming it is just one of those development bugs that will go away in the next version.

+1 here. Can't read resources this way, if I want to go to the middle of a long book, I have to get there by hundreds of taps. Pleeeease, fix the slider bar and TOC jumps in offline mode.

Thanks! And thanks for fixing the bug that caused the location of off-line resources to not be remembered. It's working great now, as far as I can tell!

Yes! This is much better. It may be off by one or two taps, but is is generally quite close. A huge improvement allowing using multiple books.
It is good to see the offline features developing. I only use it offline and try to find a wireless connection simply to update the program.
