Baptist Gold Package...not receiving all of Logos 8 features
I just recently bought the Baptist Gold Package. Can anyone explain to me why I did not receive all of Logos 8 features like the Logos website indicates?
1) Baptist Starter....Library resources and includes some Logos 8 features
2) Baptist Bronze....Library resources and includes most Logos 8 features
3) Baptist Silver.......Library resources and includes all Logos 8 features
4) Baptist Gold........Library resources and includes all Logos 8 features
I did talk to customer service to resolve this issue and they indicated to get all Logos 8 features it would be an additional cost and my rep did not include the code for all of Logos 8 features. I understand if I was to going to buy all of Logos 8 features by itself without a package. But I was informed if I buy a certain package (Silver and up) I would get all of Logos 8 features and when I reviewed Logos website it matches exactly what I was told. I am not trying to be a thorn in anyone's side but if someone can shed some light on this situation or if it has happened to you...please share your experience of the end result. Your comments would greatly be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Did you purchase the L8 Baptist Gold LIBRARY or the L8 full feature upgrade with Baptist Gold? There is about a $205 difference between these 2 packages. You can buy the Silver and up Libraries with or without the full feature set

Just to be sure, did you buy the Baptist Gold Library, or the Baptist Gold Base Package? The Library is just the books from the package.

For many years, Faithlife sold "base packages" which included resources (books) and datasets (features). For a number of reasons, FL started a service where people could RENT features at a lower price point. This service is now called "Faithlife Connect." Since this advent, FL now sells "libraries" and "feature sets" instead of "base packages." I assume that you purchased a "library" without the corresponding "feature set."
I assume you are still in the return window.

My understanding is they market the library primarily to connect subscribers and the base package to no-connect subscribers but you are free to purchase what you want.

It says I do not own 59 resources in the all Logos 8 features.

I was told I would receive the complete package and all of the Logos 8 features like the website says. Like the website says the starter is some of the Logos 8 features, Bronze is most and Gold is all.

If you look at the Logos website you will see under the Baptist Gold Package Library resources and the all of the Logos 8 features. If I go in the package and click on the Logos 8 features of something I do not own it will say not available for purchase because it is within the package which is very old because when I download the package it gave me some but not all like the website says.

I am surprised there website says all of Logos 8 features but you only get part not all. This advertisement should be changed to some not all.
When I purchased the Bronze about a month ago I received most but not all and that matched there website. I just assumed I would receive all like the website says when I purchase the Gold but I was wrong.0 -

Bobby, please check your order history to see exactly what was purchased: https://www.logos.com/account/orders
If it only says Logos 8 Baptist Gold Library, that is a book-only collection that does not come with any Gold features.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

You will receive all the items that were said to be in the package. Be patient and let SineNomine walk you through how to find the problem. It may be an internet connection issue, an indexing issue, . . .

I assume that when I buy a base package, I get what's in the base package. That's why I asked for screenshots showing that stuff is missing. There is a problem. We're trying to figure out what it is so that it can be fixed.
