I am looking for the best cross reference book in logos that would allow me to let scripture to interpret scripture. My Schuyler Bible cross reference are nice but limiting.

The New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge is the best resource – but there's also a cross references section in the passage guide which draws together cross references from all your Bibles.

There are a couple of Guide sections in Logos that are helpful.
The Important Passages section (on the left) shows a range of related passages, with the ability to choose particular areas of interest from the dropdown menu.
The Cross References section (in the middle) shows a range of useful cross-references and links to a couple of cross reference books such as the New Treasury of Christian Knowledge (on the right).
Both of these Guide sections can be run as standalone Guides or they appear as sections in the Passage Guide
Those are good, but I also like Dictionary of Bible Themes and the ABC's of where to find it in the Bible if you have a topic you would like cross references for. Unfortunately, I cannot post links to them since the website is down.

Important Passages incorporates information from a wide variety of Logos datasets: so it's both much larger and richer than a book of cross-references.
Beyond that, I'd agree that the Dictionary of Bible Themes is a very useful broad topical index of a wide variety of Bible passages: https://ref.ly/logosres/dicbblthemes

After reading above all input, then I thought:
Could a custom guide be done so that important passages, cross reference sections be in it, plus the collection to the favs cross reference resources?
Interesting, have to try:
To do the collection I typed: topical in the Library picked some favs, plus the Thompson ref notes, etc.
I have not tried it, hope this helps.
