In which Base Package will you get the Full Feature set?
Hi,
I was wondering if there is a Base Package that also includes the Full Feature Set? For some reason my internet or browser is not working as it should. It is painful to compare packages as it takes ages too load.

The Full Feature Set is included in Logos 9 Gold and higher base packages.

If I purchase the Full Feature Set via the Gold package, and if I'm not in the other Faithlife Connect features such as free ebooks, Faithlife TV, mobile Ed courses, etc, then I can safely unsubscribe from FL Connect without losing access to the full feature set?

Yes, you'd keep what you permanently own, including any feature set you buy.
A tip would be to not unsubscribe before your purchase, as you will get an additional discount on any library, feature set, or base package for being a Faithlife Connect subscriber.
On a somewhat related note, the 2% reward each year comes out in February. Depending on how much you spent or will spend in 2020, it may be worthwhile continuing your subscription through the end of the year.

you can purchase the full feature set. If you cancelled Connect, then you would not have future updates at your disposal, you'd need to purchase them. ALso, if you purchase the full feature set you need the library to utilize its full function (some features rely on certain dictionaries, counseling books, etc)

How come the Full Feature Set product page is still showing an upgrade price of $394, and I can still add it to my shopping cart?
In my Logos library, how can I tell that I actually *own* the Full Feature Set? Would some items turn from Temporary license to Permanent? Which ones for example?
ALSO: If I unsubscribe from FL Connect (later, closer to the annual renewal date), how long do I have access to the "rented" Mobile Ed course(s)? The day of unsubscription from FL Connect? Or 6 months from the day of downloading the course?

When you buy a package you have the option of including the full feature set or not, by ticking a box.
If you buy the full feature set with a base package you get the 15% off (plus 5% connect discount), buy it separately and you only get the connect discount.

So if I subscribe to Faithlife connect (any tier) I get access to Logos V9, is that correct? And my existing libary would work as is but with new feature set and V9 engine?

So, in other words, the Features set is not included in any base package, but must still be added as an optional extra, which means you pay for the base package, and you pay for the feature set. So getting Gold+ will not include the feature set ( as a single price option)

Wonder what the criteria is? Is it because I already own several base packages in Logos 8?
I can see how that would be confusing to someone anxious to "get the goods" and is too quick on the trigger...

Technically, that's not accurate. A base package is a library plus a feature set.

FL Connect customers have to select the option if they also want to buy it (since they are subscribing and already have access to the L9 features).
All other customers buy the base package. The feature set is not optional, and it can't be removed.

Gold would be a base package, with a single price. Gold Library would be the Gold library, also at a single price.
If you check your order history, it will be clear which one you bought.
Customer Service can assist with refunds (since it should be cheaper to buy the base package, rather than buying a library, and then buying a feature set separately).

Larry that will show for anyone who has a subscription to FaithlifeConnect / VerbumNow as they will have the a feature set as part of their subscription. It allows them to not purchase something they are already 'renting'.

If you're a FL Connect customer -- that's the only criteria as customers who rent features wouldn't generally also buy them -- it's on the product page, before adding it to the cart.
If you're not a FL Connect customer, you'd be buying an L9 base package.

Thank you. I managed. I added Silver and the Full Feature to my basket for $282.43. The full feature alone would cost me $192.40, but now I get some extra nice resources like Carta (13 vol), Tyndae OT and NT commentary, a mobile Ed course, Pipers Sermons, and few other resources for less than $100 extra

Denise, just curious, how come your Full Feature is cheaper than the Silver Feature upgrade?
