Trying to use counseling guide closes Logos unexpectedly
Hi everyone. I just updated my Logos 8 Salomon to Logos 9. After the upgrade, I cannot use the Counseling Guide. I can open the tab, but when I try to search (writing anything in the search box and pressing enter), Logos simply close. No error message, no warning.
I'm using Windows 10 Pro (Spanish) and Logos 9.0.0.0168. I also have a Connect suscription.
Any ideas?

I'm having issues too. When I try to open the Counseling Guide in Logos 9, Logos just crashes. I sent my crash log files to the good folks at Logos Customer Service and hope to hear back shortly.
I'm running Logos 9 on a Mac.

This is a known issue that happens when you attempt to run the Counseling Guide before one of the required datasets has finished downloading. We should have a fix for this soon. Until then, you just need to give the application time to download and update the UAV (Unified Annotation Vocabulary) dataset. You will be prompted to restart the application. After this, the Counseling Guide will work. You will find that until this happens, Factbook will also fail to work, but it will show an introductory screen rather than crashing.

In dark mode, Factbook’s yellow banner explaining this has its text in white, which makes it very difficult to read.
