John! Mine looks nothing like that. Though I did a simple full feature upgrade. Didn’t buy a package since I’m happy with my resources.
This is strange. I haven't bought a package yet either (getting access to the features through Faithlife Connect) and see the same set of results as John shows.
What happens if you try searching for someone else? Do you get dictionary results then?
I duplicated your search and interestingly, I came up with 4 results in Factbook, but in them were two results from the ISBE which is categorized as an encyclopedia. Then I searched all my encyclopedias (collection) and got 1,998 results in 26 resources. So, just a wild guess, this may be due to how either resources are being categorized in Factbook or something similar.
Hi Rick
One point worth noting is that your encyclopedia search is for Nathan not <Person Nathan (prophet)> so it will find all occurrences of the word in those resources, not where resources have been actually tagged with the Person.
What I find strange is that if I do the tag search I don't get any results in my dictionaries but I do get results shown in Factbook.

How many dictionaries will depend on your library (and "encyclopedias" are included in the same section), but if you have ISBE you should have results in the Dictionaries section. If that's not the case (and your library is done indexing), you should contact customer support to see if they can help resolve the issue.

That's not surprising. <Person Nathan (prophet)> is looking for references to Nathan, not articles about Nathan.
There isn't a way to replicate the results of the Dictionaries section with a search, because it relies on tagging that is not available to the search engine.
The Key Article result can be replicated with a search like {Milestone <Person Nathan (prophet)>} (although due to some recent tagging changes, you may not have any results for this reference).

What are type:encyclopedia in the library are titled "Dictionaries" throughout Factbook, the Guides, Workflows ... This has been true for several years. Type:dictionary is reserved for modern language dictionaries such as the Concise Oxford Diction . . .

Fair enough
