How is the Control Proclaim Presentation option in Sermon Preach mode intended to work?
I understand that the option to control Proclaim Presentation is currently only available on desktop and will be coming to mobile (although I do find this strange with the focus on the mobile environment for this feature)
But I don't see how to get it to work on desktop.
If I go On Air with a Sermon in Proclaim, nothing I do on the desktop seems to adjust the slide position.
How does one link to the other?
Is there something I am missing?

I had the same thought! Alan Palmer wrote yesterday that if you click on a thumbnail on the desktop then it should advance https://community.logos.com/forums/p/194976/1127790.aspx#1127790
But he also mentioned a "small form factor device" I'm confused!

The others are correct, you need to click the slide in Preaching Mode (after you send the sermon to Proclaim and go On Air). I believe we have plans to release some info about the Proclaim slide controls feature once it's available on all platforms (it's still in beta for now).

Yes, mobile is the primary focus for Preaching Mode. The Proclaim slide controls aspect just couldn't get released into the app store for the Logos 9 launch date.

In the screenshot below, I have sent a sermon to Proclaim, and gone On Air.
Then in Preaching Mode, I think you are saying I should be able to click the Slide Physical Food which should move the presentation on to that point. But nothing happens
Incidentally, this is a feature I have been looking for for a long time, so really see pleased to see it happening!
I don't currently have a Proclaim licence - it is getting enabled this weekend. Is that relevant at all?

Hi Graham,
I figured out your issue -- it looks like you exported that presentation to Proclaim a few weeks ago, before we added this system. If you send it to Proclaim again (either to a new presentation, or the same one -- you can delete your old slides from it), you will be able to control the slides.

Thanks for that - but I tried it last night with a completely new sermon, exported last night but still couldn't control it!
Is there a particular version of Proclaim that is needed for this to work?

Just to note this is now working
Thanks very much to David and the team.
After their guidance it is now working as expected (it looks like it was user error!)
And it is also working in beta on the iPad app (and I believe on Android as well) - very nice!

I am having the same issue. iPad will not control Proclaim anymore. Everything is running latest updates. Any ideas?
