Praise for New Version
A big thank you to all the team at Faithlife. Logos 9 is an excellent upgrade of the software. One of the best features for me is the ability to have folders in the shortcut bar. For some reason I find this my usual 'go to' to open items and it was getting far too crowded. And, of course, the dark mode is extremely useful. I used to switch to my iPad quite often in the evening, now I won't have to. I also like the reading section in the library, I can actually line up books I want to read in the future and not forget where I've made a note of them, any chance of this feature becoming available on the desktop version?
Loads of other newbies, most of which I have yet to try. I can see that I have a busy few days coming up trying out all the new features.
Once again, well done!

If you load up the Library pane on the desktop, you should see a special MyTag - #ReadLater - that corresponds to the volumes mobile. Adding that MyTag to volumes in your Library on the desktop should add them to the list on your mobile app (when it all syncs).

Thanks for that Sinenomine.
I had not realised, now I’m even happier.

Hi SineNomine,
Logos 9 on my laptop does not have a tage named ReadLater or #ReadLater.
Am I missing something?

OK so here's what happened. Whilst using my iPad yesterday I added three books to the read later section. I expected them to synch to my desktop. Alas, they were not there.
Now, today, I've gone back to my iPad and they have vanished. The read later section is completely blank.
Exactly how is this SUPPOSED to work! I've tried adding a tag 'Read Later' to my library on the desktop (Windows) but this has not synched to either my iPad or Android Phone!

OK I've got it sorted. It appears that you first have to go into the desktop version and add a tag #ReadLater in the side bar.
Then you're all set to go. You can add books from the desktop or mobile devices and they will synch.
It would have been a lot less trouble if Faithlife had added that tag to the programme to start off with, but its sorted now!
