Add an Image - Text can hardly be seen

My screen resolution is 3840x2160. When I click on the Insert Media icon in Notes, here is what pops up:

Perhaps you can "see" my problem (if you click on the image it will open full screen and is more readable that when it opens in Logos). The text and icons are miniscule and the images are quite large. Scaling seems to work well in other places (for example the Media Browser). The current implementation needs some work so the text and icons are properly sized. Thanks.
