I use prayers lists, but have found it cumbersome in that it feels like it needs one more category. I have created various lists: Friends, Family, Men's Group, Church, etc.
Then Under prayer I put the person I'm praying for.
This is where it gets cumbersome. Then I put the specific prayer need(s) in the notes, however there is usually more than one, often it is a list of things they have asked me to pray for. The way the Prayer list is currently configured as soon as I put in one answer say, "needs reliable transportation" then all the others are deemed as answered as well.
Current layout:
LIst Name > Prayer > Notes/Answer
Preferred layout:
List Name > Whom I'm praying for > Prayer > Notes/Answer
Am I the only one who would like to see this? How great would it be to pull out your small group's prayer list and to say at a meeting, "We've been praying these things for Sam Smith, and these are the answers we've received _____________________." Wow! I love doing that.
