Word search from a verse and pronounce a word from a verse...help!

When I am studying a verse in the bible I would click on a word and then my panel would pop up to click "Bible Word Study". But now when I click on a word within the verse the whole verse gets highlighted and my panel pops up "Passage Guide". I am trying figure out how to get back to my previous settings to just clicking just the word without the whole verse being highlighted. Can anyone inform me of how to correct this issue. Also how do I click on a word in the Bible to hear how the word is pronounced? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

The list of options on the right side of the popup changes depending on what you have selected on the left side of the popup.

The "Bible Word Study" option comes up if you have picked the "Selection" or Lemma option. It sounds like you currently have the Bible reference selected.

The "Pronounce" option is available for Greek and Hebrew if you select a Lemma option.

You can also use the Pronunciation tool in the Tools menu to find English people, places, and things as well as original language lemmas.

Andrew...can the audio be switched to English audio for words in the bible instead of being pronounce in Greek and Hebrew?

As I mentioned, English words are only available for people, places, and things, and these must be found in the Pronunciation tool. There isn't an option to play these from the popup menu.

Another option if you own an audio Bible (I believe one is available automatically for the ESV as read by David Cochran) is to use the panel menu (or Ctrl+R) to start reading the current verse.
