Bug? No order confirmation email

For my most recent 2 purchases, I noticed that my books were shipped and my credit card charged but I did not get an order confirmation email for either one. Is this an error on your end or mine? Thank you

I did get one earlier today when I purchased a book on FLEB

Did you check your spam folder? Sometimes FL emails end up there.

I've just noticed that two emails from Logos - one about prepub completion, and one notifying that prepubs will ship shortly - ended up in my spam folder which hasn't happened for a long time.

Experienced the same problem today. Made a purchase from FLEB and did not receive confirmation email. Checked my junk email/spam folders and nothing shows up there either.

I use MS Outlook as my email client on my desktop PC and found nothing in my spam/junk mail folders but when I logged into my gmail web based email I did indeed find the missing confirmation emails for purchases from Faithlife. Sorry for the previous misinformation.

Perhaps they're having email deliverability issues. Could be connected to their eblasting of folks about Logos 9 (and/or Wordsearch or Servant Keeper). Too many people failing to open their emails and/or marking them as spam (e.g., the stream of ones from 'Kyle from Logos' to buyers of Logos 9 base packages) could have damaged their email reputation with certain providers. If so, it shouldn't be a permanent thing.

I have placed dozens and dozens of Pre-Pub orders in the last week or so. And yet, I have only received five emails confirming the order for the Pre-Pub. Some of the Pre-Pubs are new (non-Wordsearch) titles, many are Wordsearch titles that are now being made available, and one was for a Mobile Ed course. My Pre-Pub page has the orders listed, so no concern about the order not going through. However, I really do want an email confirmation for my records.
