Logos 9 Crashing on Start-Up on MacOS
I've had no problems with Logos 9 on MacOS until this morning. As soon as Logos loads, it crashes back to desktop. I've tried rebooting the computer, I've uninstalled and wiped Logos from my system, downloaded the latest version and reinstalled. None of these have fixed the issue.

Any help would be hugely appreciated. Not the best start to the day!

If you mean that you deleted the app (but left the data files), that is rarely a fix. If there is a bug in the application, you will just redownload the bug. If the problem is in the indices, those remain in place when you simply delete the app.
If you wiped everything, that is most often overkill.

Have you tried loading to a blank layout? Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup.

It may have been a corrupted layout. That tip bypasses it

Were you previously opening Logos to a specific layout? If so, that layout may have been corrupted and in need of a rebuild. If you have a daring gene—as many of us do—try loading the layout and see if Logos crashes. Otherwise delete it and build another.

I suspect you're right it probably was a corrupted layout. It's slightly hard to replicate though - as I had a rather specific selection of commentaries open at the time!
