I am trying to search Hebrew words using the Hebrew-English lexicon, but the text in the search bar is so small. Like, ridiculously small. The vowels are almost indiscernible. How in the world do I increase the size of the search bar text.

Which search bar are you referring to? The one shown below (for example) or somewhere else in Logos?

You can use Program Scaling (in Program Settings, under Accessibility). It will make everything in the user interface larger. There's no way to control just the size of the text in the search bar by itself.
