Logos 9 Datasets
What is the difference between the Logos 9 datasets and the ones already in the software?
I have been looking at the Silver Feature Upgrade. There are many datasets that show up as new to me. But many of these already show up in my Bible Browser, like the Parables, Sacrifices, Promises, etc... Are these new updated databases?

is a lost day for me. I can only move forward with certainty upon the
firm ground of the Word of God.”

The Datasets with an asterisk * against them are new to Logos 9, but not yet available. Of the available ones, the Lexham Counseling Ontology goes with the new Counseling Guide (also in Silver features), but it requires tagged counseling books. You may have some that are tagged, but Silver Library will give you The Quick-Reference Counseling Guide Collection (7 vols.). There are also some new Interlinears.
For an accurate answer you should be able to Hide owned books/features at the top of the list on the product page.

Let me ask this in a more detailed way with an example.
I own the Messianic Silver Library Upgrade. I have not purchased the Feature Upgrade yet for Version 9.
If I open the Bible Browser and select Speech Acts: Informative Question and then select Miracle Type: Healing and Things Involved: Blood I have three verses that come into view.
When I look at the Logos 9 Feature Upgrade and filter out what is already owned, both speech acts and miracles datasets are available as unowned.
When I purchase the Feature Upgrade, what am I benefitting when purchasing these again? Is it the accompanying interactives? Because it would appear that the function of nearly all of the datasets are already part of the Bible Browser, with the exception of a couple and all that are still not available.

Sorry, Dewayne.
The Bible Browser may use the datasets but you do not necessarily own them, as it runs entirely on FL servers on selected bibles and selected datasets. So your benefit is to own the datasets and use them in Searches within Logos. There may be other reasons for getting the Feature upgrade of course.
