Relationship between Factbook Media section and Media tool

I'm puzzled by this.

I opened Factbook to "J. I. Packer" entry.

I saw that there were several images if Packer there.

I clicked on "Open in Media tool".

The Media tool opened with 0 results. Why? Seems like a problem to me.

There are several sources of images in the media section. My Factbook shows no images for J. I. Packard. Double click on an image to open it and maybe we can see where the image sits ... which may lead to an answer to your question.

I clicked on "Open in Media tool".

The Media tool opened with 0 results.

A search for ji packer is more successful (one space only)

It's Packer, not Packard. Maybe that's why.

I clicked on "Open in Media tool".

The Media tool opened with 0 results.

A search for ji packer is more successful (one space only)

But this was opened directly by clicking on "Open in Media tool" from the Factbook. You would think that link would try to open the most likely search to find said media in Media tool.

Also, this is bizarre. As I started to type in JI Packer (one space only), the Media Tool proposed "J. I. Packer"

Furthermore, doing a search in that box seems to add that search as a new facet (intersection with the existing Search facet) thus narrowing down the 0 results even further. I don't like that behavior.

If I clear the search facets and start from scratch searching for "JI Packer" it does find a few, but they are not at all the ones that were shown in Factbook.

I would have expected "Open in Media tool" to open these same ones that were shown in Factbook in the Media tool. Are they not drawing from the same sources? If not, then the "Open in Media tool" link is misleading.
